This was followed by the concert exam in the class of Prof. Ulf Rodenhäuser at the Robert-Schumann-Musikhochschule in Düsseldorf. As an orchestral musician, Dimitri Schenker u. a. at the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival, at the Klassischer Philharmonie Bonn, JPK, Kölner Kammeroper, at the Rheinische Philharmonie in Koblenz, at the Meininger Theater and other German cultural orchestras. He was a scholarship holder of the “Villa Musica” foundation and worked with the renowned artists from the the whole world. Dimitri Schenker is a clarinet teacher at the Music School of Leverkusen and at the Clara Schumann Music School in Düsseldorf. He is u.a. Co-founder of the ensemble The-Klezmer-Tunes and the ensemble Rhine River Classics.
